The hotel is in a superb location right at the Michigan Avenue bridge, making it easy to walk to shops and food places nearby. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable, and I appreciated how friendly and welcoming the staff were. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, as the quality of room service food was poor. Overall, it offers great value for money, especially considering the convenient amenities.

The rooms were small but had everything I needed. I even requested a room change, and they kindly accommodated me since my first room didn't offer much of a view.

Service was outstanding! The staff switched my room when the TV wasn't working, which I really appreciated. Everyone was so friendly and checked in on me during my stay.

The location is fantastic, right on the river and very close to everything in the Chicago Loop area. It was perfect for my two-day layover.
